What are the warranty terms?
All products are warranted against defective workmanship and, or materials for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. A three-year extended warranty program applies to gearboxes supplied with the following products; slashers, finishing mowers and post-hole diggers sold from June 25th 2009. For more details click on the Warranty page of the website. Please note some models of slasher are exempt from the extended warranty program.
Where is the product made?
All products are manufactured in China and assembled in Australia.
Do you carry spare parts in stock?
We carry a comprehensive range of spare parts for all models in stock.
Is GST included in the prices quoted on the website?
Yes all RRP's quoted include GST.
Is freight included in the prices quoted on the website?
No freight is additional however we do source very competitive freight prices. Please call us or contact one of our dealers if you would like a freight quote.
 
SLASHER FAQ'S
What brand of PTO shafts is used with your products?
All of our slashers are fitted with Bare-co PTO shafts.
Are the slashers off-set?
Yes. Our range of slashers are supplied with both centre mount and offset as standard.
Do your slashers include slip clutches?
Yes. All models include slip clutches - the size of clutch provided depends on the model ordered
Are the skid heights adjustable?
Yes.
Are discharge deflectors supplied on the slashers?
Yes front and rear safety deflectors are supplied with our current range of slashers.
 
 
FINISHING MOWER FAQ'S
What is the difference between a finishing mower and a slasher?
Finishing mowers are for cutting LAWN grass only. Whatever you would cut with a ride-on you can successfully cut with a finishing mower.
Do they come supplied with a PTO shaft?
Yes
Are they belt driven?
Yes, two "B" section belts. Adjusting belt tension is easily achieved from the top of the mower deck.
How many blades do they have?
Three double edged blades.
What are the benefits of a mulching mower?
The cut or finish is the same as a standard mower. The benefit derived from using a mulching mower is in the size of the cuttings. The end result is that with finer cuttings the biodegrading period is significantly reduced
